Manito man dies of injuries suffered in fall

A Manito man dies of injuries suffered in an apparent fall off a ladder. Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll says 56-year old Gary Weber died Thursday afternoon at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Weber was injured Monday morning when he apparently fell from a ladder while checking an air conditioning unit at the Sterling Arms Condominiums in Peoria. Weber worked for a local heating and air conditioning business. Ingersoll says co-workers found him lying on a balcony with severe head injuries.
